Dennis is the Founder and CEO of Bridge View Associates. He retired from Amgen in August 2022 as a Vice President in the Results Delivery Office of Amgen’s large-scale business transformation program. Other Amgen roles included Manufacturing Site General Manager and Vice President of Engineering responsible for all engineering disciplines, facility operations, real estate and capital construction worldwide.
Prior to joining Amgen, Dennis spent 24 years in the United States Navy where he served as Commanding Officer of the nuclear submarine USS TUCSON (SSN 770), and as Commodore of Submarine Squadron 7 in Pearl Harbor. Dennis is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy, holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from Catholic University, is a graduate from the Executive Program at UCLA Anderson Business School, and is a nuclear engineer certified by the Department of Energy.
